A large domestic provider of retail and direct-to-consumer health care needed to reconcile the IT operating methodologies of multiple acquisitions.
Centerline assessed the variety of methodologies across the different IT organizations and implemented our recommended change management program to align the different methods and cultures to best support business objectives. Our client implemented a new enterprise requirements management method based on our RRM℠ approach that helped standardize the communication between business and IT.
All key IT managers and business analysts were trained in the newly adopted processes. Centerline mentored a variety of strategic project teams through completion and delivered the requirements phase of dozens of strategic projects in support of the change management initiative. Our activities allowed for cross-departmental collaboration and reduced the time-to-market of key business functions.
